The National University of Singapore - Institute of Real Estate Studies (NUS-IRES) is organizing the fourth international symposium on May 27-28, 2013.
This two-day symposium will feature paper presentations and discussions on current conditions of the real estate and housing markets and major policy shifts that have significantly impacted the development of real estate markets, particularly in emerging markets such as Singapore, India, and China. Your contribution will generate a lively discussion on how these changes affect risks and opportunities of real estate financing and innovation in the region.
As a special tribute to John M. Quigley, this year’s symposium is also intended to reflect on John’s path and contribution to the field of urban economics, real estate and public policy research. Top-notched scholars and thought leaders, such as yourself, could use this symposium to cross-fertilize ideas on cutting-edge research in real estate finance and urban economics. Additionally, we expect a lively debate on current issues of urbanization and real estate development, especially in Asia.
Registration is by invitation only.
