ANREV - Asian Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles

ANREV is the Asian Association for Investors in non-listed real estate vehicles. It is an independent not-for-profit organization with an agenda set by institutional investors in unlisted property funds and support provided by Fund Managers, advisors and providers.

As with sister organization INREV in Europe, ANREV's mission is to improve transparency in and accessibility to the unlisted property fund industry in Asia. We promote professionalism and best practices - we research and spread industry information and knowledge.

ANREV now has 139 member companies from 14 countries, representatives of which meet at over 20 events a year in Asia-pacific's main business centres.

Asia Pacific Real Estate Association (APREA)

APREA is a non-profit industry association that works to encourage greater investment in the real estate sector in Asia Pacific through the provision of better information to investors, improving the general operating environment, encouraging best practices and unifying and strengthening the industry.

Its membership comprises estate companies, listed real estate trusts, unlisted property funds, investment managers, investment banks, property securities fund managers, institutional investors, real estate consultants, corporate advisors, stockbrokers, investment advisors and universities.

The APREA Institute, APREA's education and training arm, provides the foundation for raising standards in the industry through the provision of practical and applied training programs. Its Certificate of Real Estate Investment Finance program is the only course of its kind in the region to be both developed and delivered by industry practitioners.

Urban Land Institute (ULI) is a nonprofit research and education organization supported by its members. Its mission is to provide leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. Founded in 1936, the institute has now nearly 30,000 members worldwide representing the entire spectrum of land use and real estate development disciplines, working in private enterprise and public service.

The Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (SGC)

The Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (SGC) is part of the international network of German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHK), which spans across 80 countries. The SGC was established in 2004 to promote and strengthen bilateral trade through the provision of advisories, a ready network of business contacts, market intelligence and business support services.

The SGC is the primary source of reliable information on German business in Singapore and the German economic and business scene. It is a voice for the business research conducted by its established network of Committees, and serves as an excellent networking platform for over 450 members. Members also benefit from services such as market research, regular publications, timely reviews and reports, business meetings, events and seminars provided under the umbrella of DEinternational, the SGC's business service division. Through its Trade Fairs arm, the SGC represents three of Germany's largest trade fair organizers Deutsche Messe, Messe Berlin and Nürnberg Messe, and provides specialized services to companies participating in trade fairs.

The SGC also fulfills public obligations on behalf of the German government. Being closely linked to ministries and other chambers in Germany, the SGC is a bridge to contacts in the government, associations, and companies in Germany.
